    Features

    • The closures are available to suit a wide variety of pressure vessel sizes and pressures, from 6” up to 120” diameter and any pressures from class 150 # up to class 2500 #.
    • The closures are designed to meet requirements of ASME VIII Div.1. Furthermore, alternative pressure vessel design codes, such as ASME VIII Div.2, PD5500 and EN13445 can also be accommodated.
    • The locking mechanism incorporates a hand operated pressure warning screw and a Safety locking device and Stopper, which prevents the door being unlocked until there is no residual pressure inside the vessel.
    • The closure hub and door are manufactured from materials that fully comply with the requirements of NACE MR 75-01 / ISO 15156 Latest Edition, HIC and SSC test resistance. – The stress and strain analysis has been successfully performed by finite element (Ansys software) and NPI calculation.

  • Krohne DW 181 Mechanical Flowmeter

    DW18 Krohne is an inline flow controller for locally indicating the flow of homogeneous clean liquids without auxiliary power. It is suitable for horizontal or vertical pipes. The flo controller can have G or NPT threaded connections with sizes ranging from sup>3⁄4…2″. The measuring tube and connection are made of either bronze or stainless steel (1.4404 /316 L). Two types of indicator are available: a linear scale with up to two alarm positions at the top and bottom of the indicator or a dial.

    The DW 181 is particularly suitable for cost-effective flow detection in various applications where high accuracy is not required. It can deal with flows of up to 30,000 l/h or 132.09 GPM (US). There is also a high-temperature version on offer for operating conditions up to +300°C / +570°F. The DW 181 is available as non-hazardous, intrinsically safe and explosion-proof version.

    The Krohne BW 25 Liquid Level Indicator operates on the displacement principle. The length of the displacement rod corresponds to the measuring range. A displacement body suspended on a measuring spring is immersed in the liquid and is subjected to an upthrust based on Archimedes’ principle, this being proportional to the mass of the liquid displaced. Every change in the weight of the rod corresponds to a certain change in the length of the spring, and is therefore an indication of the liquid level. Extension of the spring is transmitted by magnetic coupling from the measuring zone to an indicator. This transmission method permits pressure-tight separation of the measuring spring system and the scale.
